Cindy's Creation!

Here is Cindy's creation from our June meeting!  She used the new set - Betsy's Blossom!  She did the Rock N Roll Technique on the flowers.  LOVE the colors & the sparkle!  The sparkle comes from mixing rubbing alcohol & our Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint!
